My primary focus is on my faith and my family: being wife and helper to my hubby Brady and caring for my five children as well as discipling and educating them. I do try to care for my home but it falls short daily! I am passionate about natural, God-given health and wellness. I also hope to encourage Christ-serving Moms in their roles as full-time Mothers and helpers of their husbands.

In 2017, I left my corporate role permanently to be my children’s full-time caregiver, home educator, meal maker, diaper changer, ouchie fixer, book reader, etc. etc. I am very imperfect for this role and yet my Heavenly Father has blessed me with the opportunity to do it and to cling to Him as I regularly get frustrated with my lack of being “great” (or even good) at this labor of love! I thrived at school and in my career with having tangible goals I could meet and see come to fruition. Not so at home! The laundry gets dirty again, the dishes pile up after every meal, the meals need to be cooked or reheated (or grabbed from the pantry) every few hours. 

My point is this: it is downright HARD to leave a career to be “Mom” but it is absolutely wonderful and will be blessed by the Lord if you choose to do it. I want to invite more Mamas to join me. No one told me how joyful (even if hard, messy, and imperfect) this lifestyle would be. If you have a husband who is supportive and a budget that you can crunch to make it on one income – do it!! Oh, and a little about me I am a Missouri girl who lives in rural Colorado on a farm with my entrepreneur husband and our five boys. As a lifelong “Christian”, I thought I loved the Lord despite the [lack of] fruit in my life. Somewhere shortly after having my oldest son, the Lord began to regenerate my heart and incline it to Him and He’s been working in my life and heart ever since!
